KELSEY DILLON

Kelsey Dillon is currently Vice President of Consulting and Development at Avant Energy, Inc. where she works with utilities, communities, organizations, and tribes to develop innovative, yet practical solutions based on a simple, overarching belief that “better is possible.” Ms. Dillon joined the Hurdles Foundation Board of Directors in 2015 and is deeply passionate about the organization’s mission to help youth overcome life’s many hurdles. Her two young daughters, Olivia and Jane, serve as an inspiration to her every day, motivating her to help ensure other children have a nurtured start to life. Ms. Dillon received her M.B.A. from the Carlson School of Management where she was designated a Carlson Scholar. She also holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Minnesota.
